The Cape Club of Falmouth Golf Course Ranked among Top in New England

Throughout his career, Michael Intoccia has steadily built his real estate development portfolio. One of Michael Intoccia’s most recent projects is the golf course at The Cape Club of Falmouth in Massachusetts.

Last year, after just one open season, the new golf course at The Cape Club of Falmouth was ranked the 13th Best Public Course in New England by New England Golf Monthly. The rankings recognize the top 25 public golf courses in New England as determined by staff picks, golf expert recommendations, select national rankings, and survey responses from the magazine’s readers.

The golf course at The Cape Club of Falmouth opened for play on August 3, 2016, after the completion of extensive construction. The club's old 18-hole course was wiped away and a new one created in its place.

The new course stretches 7,200 yards and features a modern driving range, wide bentgrass fairways and greens, new irrigation and drainage, new putting greens and green complexes, and 18 holes enhanced with Augusta white-sand bunkers. The course also features white stone cart paths and a new golf cart fleet equipped with GPS technology.
