Michael Intoccia has extensive residential real estate development experience, having built over 1,000 homes over the past three decades.
Westwood Estates, one of Mr. Intoccia’s current residential developments, features 10 one-acre lots with 4,000-square-foot homes. Prices for the properties are expected to start at $2 million, due to luxurious amenities that include up to five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and three-car garages as well as hardwood cabinets and granite counters.
